To Submit a test for credit: Email your answers to: Service@DentalDidactics.org Include the following information: - Name License Type (DDS, RDH, RDA, etc.) License Number State in which you are licensed Email address Course Name Answers (A-D) for post test questions - Your test will be scored and a CE Completion Certificate sent via email within 24 hours.
